Welcome to North Oaks Seasonal Displays. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Services
All planters and arrangements are custom-designed using natural materials. Product photos on this site are examples and may vary based on seasonal availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of comparable quality and style as needed.
2. Ordering and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Orders may be canceled with a full refund until November 9, 2025. After that date, materials will have been purchased and no refunds are available.
We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout system. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
3. Installation and Customer Responsibilities
Installations will take place during the week of November 10, 2025, weather permitting.
Customers must ensure their planter is accessible, emptied of old soil or décor, and ready for installation.
If a planter is larger than described or requires additional soil or greens, an additional charge may apply.
North Oaks Seasonal Displays is not responsible for loss, theft, or weather-related wear of outdoor décor after installation.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final after November 9, 2025.

5. Intellectual Property
All photos, logos, and written content on this website are the property of North Oaks Seasonal Displays and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Oaks Seasonal Displays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable federal law.
