Refund policy

Because each winter planter is custom-designed and made to order using perishable materials, all sales are final after November 9, 2025.

Orders may be canceled with a full refund up until November 9, 2025.
After that date, materials will have been purchased and prepared, and refunds cannot be issued for any reason.

If a customer must cancel before November 9, please contact me directly at contact@northoaksseasonaldisplays.com for a prompt refund.

Once installed, planters are considered final sale. North Oaks Seasonal Displays is not responsible for weather-related wear, theft, or changes in appearance due to outdoor conditions.
